Edited by: Sasha Evergreen on 22/09/2007 10:06:13 Copy the following into the first post OP.
It's not propaganda, it's a direct transcript of an identified BOB FC LuckyDuck's pep talk to Rise. Not only was there a poor turnout, but LuckyDuck totally destroyed whatever morale Rise had left in it by describing how worthless Rise are, and in what a desperate situation they were in. How they are not about to get dedicated help from BOB either, but insisted they hold the fort, on their own, against a massive ennemy.
So far the only thing holding Rise in place are sovereignty timers I imagine. CCP made conquering space slower no matter what blob you bring.
I keep playing the goon remix of the tape over and over, it's hilarious. It's pretty evident that Rise aren't the only one tired and demoralized, BOB is too.

Originally by: Mebrithiel Ju'wien And you question RISE's concerns over their FC's having RL issues possibly or just attendance being low?
We all know that when FC's, and directors suddenly stop showing up, it's because they've got somewhere better to be and this has always been an indicator that the group is dying.
Originally by: Mebrithiel Ju'wien Last time I checked, RISE space looked like an entrenched Minas Tirith.
More like burial grounds for Rise to be quite frank.

Originally by: Mebrithiel Ju'wien I'd be more willing to agree had your post not reeked of underlying bias. As is often said about tight spots: Anything can happen in the next half hour. If RISE give up and the alliance dies in a week, then you've proven a point, maybe.
But then, didn't everybody but IRON condemn YouWhat to death after they lost all their outposts? IRON, knew the truth from their own engagements that YouWhat were far from lying down. Maelstrom were another example of last-ditch bravery. Who knows whether RISE can rally the troops, as it were? They're doing well out there from my little seat here in empire space
What are you talking about? No one cares about Rise as an alliance. Of course they can move to some new place and build up like hundreds have done before.
Will they still hold certain systems in Feythabolis required by their enemies for logistics is all that matters.
Have you seen Lallante recently?
